From the twitter feed: "React is so 2019. HTML + minimum JS is 2020" Ok. Just as long as you don't get stuck in 2010 :-P Something like a web email-client really lends itself perfectly to a pure client side JavaScript applica

The code I wrote is perfectly fine. There is no possibility of race conditions in the code I wrote.

Yes. You can add types if you want. And maybe one can discuss if there is a more elegant syntax than the C-style syntax of JavaScript (there is ...). Other than that. I think the code is about as concise as it gets.

And a two year transition period. That sounds ambitious as the bigger Apple desktop machines are quite powerful. But suppose you could just fit them with multiple chips.

Thank you. Finally people are speaking out against the madness of TypeScript. Don't get me wrong. It is a technical achievement to put a static type system on top of JavaScript. And for libraries, it is useful. It let's the users

Is this really what constitutes a "5G core network"? Does it mean that I can buy Huawei for the rest of it and set it up in the UK?

Don't spoil the party. It is much more fun to pretend that WeChat stores a billion passwords in plain text just so some bureaucrat from the CCP can check if there is anything offensive there.

Actually in which western countries will Huawei implement 5G networks? I know they are technically allowed some places but no operators dare to hire them.

In other news; here in Denmark the government has barred Huawei by decree. Also covering Greenland and Faroe Islands. The situation is a bit different here since as there are multiple competing network operators (at least in mainland DK).
