I have to confirm that. we see quite a volume on company formations in Leipzig. Also the city has a nice vibe, is well connected, and has pretty good universities. Especially the HHL spins of some startups.

Rackspace and FastMail have a great offering for personal emails. For transactional I also recommend Sendgrid and MailGun.

On the iPhone with force touch you can. You have to press again then you can freely select. That's the only time I use force touch :)

What are your requirements? I use both services and thinking to completely migrate to fastmail. They have an amazing support and all functionality I need in terms of email and calendar. Also I have some accounts which only get used occasion

Email is okay, surveys can be hard. Can you try to get your users on the phone or Skype? I believe a 1:1 chat beats email and surveys if feasible of course. Most likely you don't need to interview a lot of people to get a good sense wh
