Could you provide more information about the fine you mention? On the FAQ ( http://www.dol.gov/ebsa/faqs/faq-noticeofcoverageoptions.htm... ) it says there is no fine or penalty for failing to provide a notice.

(I've evaluated several wifi tracking systems) - your device doesn't have to connect to the network to be tracked; wifi just has to be on. While searching for nearby networks, devices constantly chirp their MAC address.

Start a blog and portfolio where you can post about projects that you are proud of, and that show off that you can work with certain technologies. That goes a long way towards getting work, as it demonstrates that you know what you're doin

I would be more interested to read what you had to say about the exercises in your blog. If your posts were thoughtful and relevant to the job opening, that would have more weight than just a bullet point saying you had finished the book.

bluehost.com - I don't remember why I chose them originally, but I have had my domains and hosting there for a while, and have been happy. I put a few sites on their lowest plan and they have "unlimited" space and bandwidth.
