The problem you have will probably be mostly with the distribution end of things. I would be surprised if Apple let you release a small intranet application with very limited appeal to the general app store. For that reason I recommend you

Republic wireless (on the Sprint network) would be a relatively low cost option to try another provider and add WiFi calling. Their fee is $10/month plus data. That would be more than the $50 you pay now, but still manageable.

If I serve a page with a no-derivative license can I sue Comcast for the license violation? There must be a good way to legally stop this.

>school is mandatory where I live Do you mind if I ask where you live? In most of the US school is "mandatory", but pretty much anyone can homeschool if they want.

Could he move to post-paid? WiFi calling is amazing in areas with bad reception. In the basement at my work, WiFi is the only way to go.

Flag on HN is only if you think a submission is not appropriate. I know other sites give it more meaning but here it is more similar to downvoting a post.

I am sure that the description of how the sensor works is correct, but I can't reconcile this with the fact that there is one point near the center of the screen that will always register a hit. I used to aim for the tree branch and hi

That was my first question. The attribution requirement for the alternative logos is quite a drag. I really wouldn't bother with a logo that requires credit like that.

Do you have contact information for any of the people using your product? Admittedly I am at a university, not a regular business, but I don't think I could get a donation past the procurement office. If you offer to sell a support pac

I just had the perfect idea for a test, but then I went back to the recent discussion on Mimic[0] and double checked my favorite example[1]. Google has already updated their support, but there is a chance that Facebook M is still behind. Te

Get pregnant now! If you have a baby now, your parents (or more likely Randy's parents) will help out and then when you are 30 you will have a 10 year old that can actually do something interesting instead of a 1 year old that you just

Is there any reason to believe that the "old" building wasn't just recently repointed? This seems like the most likely answer.

Anyone interested in seeing these ruins up close should look up Keet Seel [1]. You hike out to the site, knock on the door at a small ranger hut, and he gives you a personal tour as you walk through the site and see thinks like broken potte

This could come from the fact that the freight lines own much of the track that Amtrak runs on. If I owned and managed a rail line and had to chose which train got the priority: mine, or Amtrak...

The only physical USB-C device and cable I have seen are the ones on the new Apple TV. Apple even helpfully included the cable with the developer devices.

One of his reviews brought up an interesting point. Version 3.1 of the spec does not limit the length of a cable, but version 2.0 does. Is a 4 conductor cable with a USB-C connector on one end only required to meet the USB 3.1 standards?
