I don't think it's likely that a day will come, at least in our lifetimes, where workplaces are free from mental health issues. Yes, that would be great, but it's about as realistic as having colds and flus not be an issue in

I've lived in Sweden since 2006. The country seems to have changed a lot since then, and especially since around 2014, although they seem to be in denial about it. That's just my personal perception. YMMV.
