I don't think it's likely that a day will come, at least in our lifetimes, where workplaces are free from mental health issues. Yes, that would be great, but it's about as realistic as having colds and flus not be an issue in the workplace. These things are not going away in our lifetimes.
- droopyEyelids 9y agoI'd actually go further and predict mental health will continue to be an issue, even outside the workplace. I'm not even certain a just, enlightened society would require people with mental disorders to work in an office!
- catmanjan 9y agoEven people on the Enterprise had mental health issues, I think it's part of being human.
