I've faced this issue as well. I run a Python script after the build has completed that reads the entire sitemap and chunks it into parts of 50k. +1 for mentioning incremental builds as well. These two features are often overlooked and

The beauty of Python is in the fact than anyone can pick it up. It helps teach logic and programming constructs to people outside software as well. With tech being a core part of many jobs these days it's essential that everyone knows

Curious to know why you think so? ECS is a managed service. If Swarm was a managed service on AWS, I'd agree with you here but that's not the case. Swarm is still brilliant for running multi-node deployments.
