Only anecdotal evidence but in my experience price and quality (as in lasting) are only very weakly correlated. In the past I tended to buy expensive (in expectation of lasting). The older I get the less I tend to do so even though I have n

I have a 3 year old Miele oven which needed one repair within the warranty period and another one just outside it. I am afraid Miele goes down the way of all the other manufacturers as the reason where parts which where shielded insufficien

Put your own router behind it if you can't configure it fully. That's what I've done when my ISP wouldn't let me.

I also run my own recursive resolver but this doesn't prevent snooping by the ISP as the recursive requests go through its network.

Today I learned that you can make native calls on Android. Isn't any SDK permission system moot if that is allowed?

To be fair, we don't know what is behind those 9mm. Einstein's equations predict a singularity but afaik there is consensus that those don't hold there.

No, I tried to give an analogous example. Selling goods <-> providing "free" content. I am old enough to remember a time without internet where any business had a really tough time to sell nationwide. Big players had a huge

So you're only allowed to sell stuff nationwide if you're big enough? Oh wait, there's EBay... I am sure solutions for this will spring up if need be. There's money involved, after all. Edit to add: These solutions will
