   There is no source for that. Data on iOS devices is not even fully encrypted and accessible to law enforcement agencies etc.

   Which TrueCrypt developers? AFAIK we don't know them yet … and why was it necessary to turn over code for an alleged open source project? iSEC has not found serious issues but that was only phase 1 of the audit.

    No, Fastmail does not support actual 2FA. You can add alternative login methods, for example Google Authenticator, but you can always login with your password only, i.e., it is not like Gmail where you have to use 2FA for untrusted devices

    Google will still scan your mails but you will not be shown any ads. I agree that Gmail (especially via Google Apps for Business) is a great mail provider. My main beef with Gmail is the sub-par IMAP support.

    Does Fastmail provide a matrix of all offers? I have for example never understood why business accounts have a USD 15/year management fee while family accounts have not …

    Fastmail seems to support IMAP Idle only. And IMAP Idle is not an option for mobile devices since the mail client has to keep the connection open all the time, so there goes your battery …

    AirPort base stations seems to be affected too, I got at least an update for a relatively new AirPort Extreme (running now 7.7.3), however, not for older base stations (running 7.6.4).
