True. Translating the script to linux is however just a matter of exchanging some of the bash commands with corresponding shell syntax. Frankly, I don't have access to a linux box right now. Maybe you could give it a try to convert it?

Well, yes: decoupling concerns and common aspects of methods. Adding logging to third party libraries for instance. Another one was custom profiling and statistics. You might find your very own use cases by having a look at the examples. Ch
