I have a Jupyter notebook that does this. Not sure I see the value of this tool but I guess packaging it up nicely is the value.

The tools are not sophisticated, they are brute forced. I'm not sure I've seen a more elegant approach to frontend web development in 2020 than Vanilla JS. Maybe with some lit-html on top.

This is actually my coding philosophy. Burn it down and rebuild nearly weekly. The rewrites get smaller, less buggy and more flexible.
