One way to handle these is to say that you will do a review of the work and make a recommendation, but that you will not be the one to implement the recommendation. Bill them a few K for your trouble and make a few recommendations on the ty

You have not much to worry about. I tried to replace MYSELF (billing $20K/month) with someone $5K/month. It was... shall we say, difficult. Good help is definitely hard to find and if your client found good help, they should do go

Let me ask you: had you heard of this very old statistic until now? Why not? Edit: I dusted off my Google-fu and found this: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC1854883/

Oh boy you should not ever go into a legal situation with that perspective. It's about gaming every possible advantage.

Then why are you so loose in your response? Why do you conflate murder with a loose definition of domestic violence? With the looser definition, women are MORE violent than men.

And I am saying these horrifying trends with men battering women to the point of death never existed.

Don't conflate the murdering men with men who have done nothing. This is the entire problem. All men don't rape, all men don't murder.

Not only that, it says that men don't strike back 70% of the time. Men are big and strong. No amount of mental gymnastics will fix that. So you absolutely should not engage someone stronger than you in a physical manner because retalia

I ran in the circles depicted in the movie for a very short while, and although I never attended one, these type of parties definitely do exist. Though I think they use high end prostitutes.
