I don't think re-zoning will create demand for startup space. The last startup I worked for was located in the basement of a famous berkeley hotel along with a handful of other startups. There wasn't a high demand for that space. What matte

I pay $8 each way for a Ferry from Marin to SF which has no wifi but serves an ice cold beer for the ride home. Anything less than $16 roundtrip a win. Another big win: be Clipper Card compatible!!

We try to email our users once a quarter. Unless there is something very specific to the user, like a feature they're paying for, it's not worth spamming your users' inbox. If you're releasing a new feature every week, have a section on you
