I've used boardgames arena, it's ok but has a very classic German web design feel -- horrible UX that acts like the user is a dummy for needing good UX.

If you're in a browser with adblockers and you're not signed in, there's not much they can do to monetize you effectively. I assume this is just a means of forcing people who use instagram in the browser to at least admit who

Cripes, I forgot about that crazy scam. Magic Leap is at least a tech product, though. And even though they had some actual device, the thing they marketed was complete fiction, they never brought the promise from that whale demo to market.

I didn't see where this might be controlled for, but presumably someone who's a contractor gets paid more because they're dealing with their own benefits, and it's much more common for contractors to work remotely than i

No for-profit university will turn away someone they think can pay, and especially not someone who looks like they might turn into a rich donor in the future.

This seems pretty out of touch. Encouraging people to go right into the jobs market as 18yos without degrees is encouraging them to trap themselves at the (already rapidly expanding) bottom of the economic ladder, unless they're from a

An unemployment rate of around 13% (as of two weeks ago[1], so probably even higher now) doesn't seem like it's going to just magically resolve itself, and it's going to have drastic effects. 1. https://www.nytimes
