I came to say that. Even without comparison it should be very obvious that the PHP documentation is incomplete and badly written. The user comments can't make up for that, especially since there is no quality control for them. The python do

An <a> element does not behave like a link, if you leave the href attribute off. For example, the css rules for the :link pseudo-class do not apply. Also, in some cases it can be helpful, to have a no-js fallback.

I totally agree on the music part. I tried a lot of different genres and silence, of course, but voice-less style electronic music has the biggest success rate for me. My personal recommendation is progressive trance.

You can select which parts of the URL should be used to create the password. Subdomains and even port are possible to select, too.

That's already reality. In March Microsoft bought a block pof IPv4 addresses for about 7.5 Million USD: http://www.dotspress.com/microsoft-buys-ipv4-addresses/77150...

Interesting, but far from being accurate. I use Ubuntu on about 5 servers, but none of them is within 200km of where I am right now.

It's definitely the case for Germany. It seems to depend on the particular video, though. I had some videos not loading at all at 360p, while others loaded perfectly fine at 720p.
