Thank you for the detailed answer. I am looking into a risk management system and valuation also seems to be an area where data structures can significantly improve calculation time. Also on my end looking into the role of data structure in

That sounds very interesting. Would you be able to reference any such exotic data structure and maybe the process of getting to defining it?

I didn’t know that’s what we are called, but now that I see it in words, it sounds very accurate. There is a class issue, me being middle class second generation at play. With no guarantees of financial security from home but expectations o

I upvoted this one but wonder whether I did it because it cunningly convinced me to consume a long form content just to eat the pellet for the fact I read it to the end. I agree with many of the statements, always keep an eye out though for

It can be a bit intimidating but try to read it not as something you need to understand as in a truth revealed but rather as something you need to understand as in these are the terms we’ll be using to represent what we explain in text. I.e

I don’t disagree, but turnover is also subdued in a soft market, therefore the strategy is less efficient. I also assume some layoffs from others may have created an attractive pool of candidates that will be much easier to attract from a l

That still does not address my point. Regardless initial conditions, during Covid, productivity was not impacted. So the “unqualified” remote workers still did fine. The question is what has changed since Covid, and what has changed is the

It is surprising though that when power was the other way around, and remote was The way, productivity was still humming along. Something does not add up. I know how the world works, let’s not rationalise “domination”. I think I would not w

Don’t you see a problem when that decision is being made on the basis of one of the brains only? We all have our ideal way of working and it is quite individual, by forcing one over the other we may get consistency but not best performance.
