The Yoga Slim 7 Pro looks great and has a color accurate retina-level display, but it seems impossible to actually buy one.

The 400 nit panel has ridiculous amounts of ghosting (to the point where you can see it just by moving the mouse pointer), and the 500 nit panel is a “privacy” option which means worse than TN viewing angles. Unfortunately Lenovo is current

It's far from ideal, but my solution is a Mac (obviously MacOS has its own problems, but they're problems that don't bother me as much personally, and it could of course also be replaced by Linux, some sort of *nix, etc) with

I wasn't technically a diplomat brat, but I went to diplomat brat schools and lived in 6 countries before my high school graduation. I agree with everything in your post.

I haven't used EMule in a long time either, but I still use Soulseek occasionally to find stuff that just isn't available anywhere else (legal or otherwise). I have had wishlist searches in Soulseek that were active for months bef

Interesting to note that this wasn't always the case - The Hitachi Deskstar line used to have the nickname "Deathstar" due to their low reliability (this was maybe 15-20 years ago)

I agree with all of this, and I still use Apple Music. My only reason is that it offers fairly seamless integration between your existing library mp3s and the streaming stuff. Spotify is leagues behind in this regard, my assumption is that

If you ever want to cook Austrian cuisine, the definitive book is "Die Gute Küche" by Plachutta. If you can find a used old copy, it's pretty much in plain text so it's very easy to run it through OCR translation.

Interesting article and a large amount of research into something that is often way more opaque than it should be. However I’d also like to point out that with large companies like Levi’s there are often fit discrepancies as large as an inc
