Indeed. On an external screen that would be most comfortable at about 125% MacOS will only offer you 100%.

Don't forget that even supported phones can have unpatchable hardware bugs. For example checkm8 back in 2019.

Sounds like project treble. I don't know how much of a success it has been, and I don't think it has been used to multiboot a phone or to boot a more standard Linux. https://android-developers.googleblog.com/2017&#

If you print to PDF, you'll have the page's print css applied. And it is probably paginated. If you go direct to SVG the capture will use the screen css and not be paginated.

To be fair, it's the permission model that's not kept up with use cases. On a multiuser system sudo makes a lot of sense.

Sudo feels like a broken concept to me because it's there to protect the machine and other users. But these days many computers are only used by one user. Everything I care about on my computer is readable by my user and a program runn

I've found apenapi generated clients very helpful with statically typed languages and very unhelpful with dynamic languages. For dynamic languages I'd recommend using an http library directly. Consider the code without a generated

My understanding of this issue is that it could also affect badly done end to end encryption. Open source is also a good start but it is certainly no guarantee as not all code is audited even when open.
