I feel like that wouldn't fit with humanity's ego-centric notion that we are special somehow, and spoken language is one of those things that qualifies us as "special". We've had some results teaching gorillas and c

I think it's unfortunate that people wont argue their point with you and are only downvoting. I think a lot more of the SAT is about gaming their system these days. You could argue that making an "educated guess" by eliminat

Sounds like this would be helpful for a lot of people. I would use it following the same rationale as hiring a personal trainer: some self-imposed level of accountability to push me forward. I know how to exercise, but having someone there

To his point, if they don't have the desire or willingness...that's an issue. Just because he called out that some people aren't going to work out in tech doesnt mean he is assigning them to a lesser class. I certainly dont h

Echoing others here, definitely just pick somewhere and get started. Spending time worrying about making the "right" decision is the worst thing you can do. I made that mistake when I was teaching myself and it cost me a few weeks

One of my old high school friends just posted a long rant about this and it's totally understandable. I'm not sure I could have kids for the same reasons you mentioned.

Renting out properties is a huge hassle. My family spent a lot of time in real estate and I got to hear the headaches (which is why I didn't follow in their footsteps). Frankly, I'm pretty sure you're just being bitter and a
