it depends, there are certain farmers markets here in LA that have strict minimum criteria in terms of food handling, organic label compliance and food safety before they give a vendor a spot. Also, you can definitely tell just by looking

I suppose that's one way to measure, but would a "real world measure" i.e. cost of the amount of ram to realistically run the apps/software/OS of the time be more relevant?
