For my group of friends, I was the person who moved away after college. The rest are still together, and some of them are still roommates. I keep in touch occasionally. A few of my friends I try to call (no one ever seems to call me). Mostl

While I haven't any book recommendations, I think one of the key things for delegation is to understand that you don't have to do everything. If you believe that you have to do everything because otherwise the work won't get

At home I've got a Dell SP2208WFP. Quite a good monitor. I'm torn between wanting more pixels (it's 1650x1080) and waiting for it to hold out for 4K to come down in price :) At work I've got a 24" 1920x1200 HP S-IPS

Now you can take AP courses, or "Advanced Placement". Through my high school each test was about $80, you're graded on a scale of 1-5 which is on a percentage basis (X% of people get a 5, etc). Schools can determine what sort

I can't say I'm a pro at this (I don't freelance and don't have a personal marketing page), so take this with a grain of salt: > My claim to fame is that I shipped a large-scale Ember.js application, backed by a RESTf

I think ecommercefuel has some information on this. The owner of the blog is around on HN. It mostly focuses on drop shipping, though some of the information may be applicable.

I can somewhat think of this for people with a lot of real estate. You don't necessarily want your bills and stuff sent to the rental house, and if you have a lot of properties it might be better to aggregate rather than to send them a

I'm not a huge fan of Sharepoint, but I'm pretty sure you can do some basic at least view of Excel files in Sharepoint. Alternatively, you can share the documents out with a read/write lock. I'm not aware of any other pr

I'm really curious about the t-shirt project being a "micro-project". When I heard micro-project, I thought a couple of weekends of working, small niche market, and mostly electronic based. Teelaunch seems to require a large

Only if you BYOD. If you get the IT computers (large bludgeoning devices with power bricks to match), then they're of course billed to your cost center and refreshed periodically. At refresh time you get your choice of like 3-4 models,
