Very cool, I love how this is an end to end FBA business with (it sounds like) very little upfront cost. Is getting the 2 day shipping a function of just price of the item or something else? I wonder because the most direct competitor http

Its concerning to see Modafinil on the same list of "defaults" as caffeine and vitamin D. They are on a different scale when it comes to the effect on your brain. That aside, my anecdotal experience of mod is its basically a waste

+1 on just using the CLI but could also use STS to generate a token with a locked down policy client side and the risk of proxying would be much smaller

The difference here is the "grant full access" screen was never shown to users. That shouldn't be possible and speculation is that either the app somehow hijacked past the screen, or Niantic being an ex-google company was whi

It's weird the article conflates "tech" with startups. Within the next few years Facebook, Google will have huge headquarters (currently under construction or planning) right next to Amazon's collection of buildings in S

That's for first response ops though, what if a code change is needed to recover or something else that goes beyond the playbooks? I guess today is a perfect example, I wonder how many out of hours engineers got paged.

Would love to be a fly on the wall when Amazon decided on this, it's pretty much opposite the leadership principles which are essentially a religion for the people who make decisions like this.
