I started the 30 day challenge yesterday and I was surprised a) how hard it was to get out of my comfort zone and b) how hard it was to actually get rejected. It wasn't until the end of the day when I finally got a headshake of disapproval

There is a game called rejection therapy that is all about capitalizing on chances and getting out of your comfort zone: http://www.rejectiontherapy.com . I've tried it and it works. I've found most chances come only once, and never again
