Jupyter Notebook = view notebook as a single page – or depending on context, the document format `.ipynb`. Lab allow you to have panels like an IDE; Jupyter Book is to publish a collection of .ipynb file as a website.

Not saying it is a good reason, but wood is more flexible so resist better to earthquake. Brick and concrete will crack more easily even if you have many small imperceptible tremors. So in some area it may make sense. I agree though it'

"Monitor electricity 3600 times a second" in the video seem wrong, as AC is usually 50 to 60 HZ that would be measuring the consumption 60 to 72 times per period which does not really make sens. It's likely 3600/hour or
