I think the name can be a little polarizing. I've had people laugh and say "That's terrible" and others burst out laughing and say "I love it, that's great". I like laughing, so it's all good :)

I guess a lot of developers believe that software patents such as these don't pass the "non-obvious" test, and therefore filing one is seen as wrong. I know that when I read some software patents (I haven't read this one, so not sure about

I find that lyrics can distract me, but not when I'm in "The Zone". Classical music seems to help me reach the zone, so my playlist begins with a couple of classical albums then continues into my favorite modern music with lyrics. Once that

To someone who thinks that gay marriage is about equality, this could be seen as similar to a companies stance on racism or slavery (which is obvious now, but wasn't a hundred years ago). If Google believe that in the future people will lo

I agree. I think that a lot of the people using IE6 are in corporate environments and they can't upgrade until senior management make the decision. When they do upgrade, I reckon the majority won't be to Chrome, but to IE7, as there will be

I use 7.10 with an external monitor and laptop. The standard display tools did not work for me, as they kept stuffing up the resolutions of each monitor, so the best solution I found was to have 2 xorg.conf files, one for 2 monitors and on
