Its definitely hard, but being a single founder myself, something like this really helps keep me focused. Ive been working by myself since the start of the year, and gave myself a deadline of 3 months to have something i could launch. I finally setup my site on the production servers this week, and am in the process of testing it with some friends and making small changes. I think ill be ready to go more public with my site in a week or two ... so i'm a bit later than my initial goal ... but without that 3 month figure pushing me on, i think it would have been even harder.
