Where are their datacenter scale computing companies? How many decades did it take for that to arrive there? It will be the same story with AI. European developer brain drain will continue with the brightest minds coming to America.

I agree with GP. My apartment is a mess. I neglect serious notices from the government. I can't hold a job doing boring work. However, give me a programming project I'm interested in and I can work on it 14 hours a day. I'm n

Initially my search had an acre as the minimum lot size. There are probably much better deals in Montana than what I saw. Same for Texas. The issue in Texas is it takes forever to get anywhere from those river front and lake communities. No

There is a Youtube account that tracks cosmic rays and has additional theories on how earth quakes chain through fault lines. I became aware of him after he called the Turkey quake. https://youtube.com/@dutchsinse

You have failed to provide a scenario, likely because no realistic scenario exists. Let's go through an example scenario and the hurdles you have to overcome for this to work. We'll use the "mayonnaise plant" example fro

No, this is nothing like atomic bombs. In what scenario can you kill 100,000 people with with an LLM hooked up to a Python interpreter? The AI safety grift is out of control.

This is something that the computer security does amazingly well. At most conferences, the core money maker is trainings. You have advanced topics, taught by experts, usually 2 to 5 days of training. Topics like program analysis, reverse en

I think this is a great line of research as it may solve the reasoning portion of AGI. The difficulty is that you would want to prove equivalence. LLMs can output stuff but for programs to execute you need to output correct stuff.
