Conflating training a model with human learning is wrong. When training a model you are deriving a function that takes some input and produces an output. The issue with copyright and licensing here is that a copy is made and reproduced nume

I heard earlier this year that people were having trouble getting allocations on GCP as well. Probably why Nvidia is at $1T now.

You can still run LAMP stack on something like Digital Ocean. There are even pre-built droplets. Personally, I build webapps in Go now. I make heavy use of the HTML templating package, and then just use vanilla HTML, CSS, and JS on the fron

YTWLs with a light band are the #1. Stretch and open your chest. Loop a band around a rack and around your head and turn your head side to side against the band's resistance. Rows. Flyes. Good mornings. Shrugs. Wide pull ups. Practice

Thank you, I'll definitely play with pinecone before I build. The dimensionality might vary between models or versions of models. Additionally, the end goal would be to expose it to users and not have to post filter. So probably an ind

I looked at the concepts in FAISS and it seems fairly straightforward. In non-jargon you have dimensionality reduction and neighborhoods. DR is taking a long embedding and doing something to make it shorter. An easy to follow method for thi

I almost feel it is a problem with the thumbnails. Everything looks so unappealing. I've liked a few Netflix shows in the past year (heck if I could name them though), I have a profile on my brother's account, but I primarily watc

We need living datasets for computer vision. There is no current mechanism for updating something like ImageNet. There is no place you go to point out problems or contribute changes to keep it in line. We really need to make datasets social
