Nice idea, I love it! If you want a similar solution, but self-hosted, here's another commandline blogging system contained in a single bash script: https://github.com/cfenollosa/bashblog

I'm from Spain and I've traveled Europe a bit. Kids here go to school alone since they are 6-8 years old, they take the bus/metro, they do errands alone. That's the norm. It also happens in North Africa and Middle East.

Thanks! I've always wanted to write a NES game and I guess it's easier to begin once you have some code written. This is a nice first step for beginners.

Very nice! I've been following these tutorials in the hope of building my own cell phone sometime soon. If you want a more step-by-step tutorial, Ben Heck's youtube channel is a very good source. He specifically has a DIY cellphon

What infuriates me the most is that is such a blind, selfish, first world argument. It assumes freedom of speech is granted, ubiquitous, and irreversible, so those who want extra protection must be criminals. In some countries you can be ki

I think it's very relevant to mention "The Future of Programming", a recent talk roleplayed as if it were 1973, with a lot of excitement over the recent developments in computer science, and discussing how the next 40 years w

Thanks for the suggestion. I might end up doing that, since I can't compile some of the biggest ports (php-5.6 right now). This seems to be a common newbie problem. Expert users change the default partitioning on install, knowing they
