This. The state only cares about maintaining order in order for itself to survive. Justice is a concern only insofar as it contributes to that goal. You can see this most blatantly in rape cases where the victim is better off not reporting

I agree with everything except 4. It was easy to develop trivial components, but anything more complex and you'd have to do some serious work and the IDE would crash on you on mistakes and there was no way to debug your component live.
