Yea, I like to use a framework. But I think devs should have the basics down about css. Like margins, padding, div vs. span, etc. I remember reading a css book on vacation in Aruba like 10 years ago, and just having the basics helps cons

I would say it is safe to say, developers, are the most valuable resource period. At least as far as human capital is concerned, and that is going to keep increasing and increasing until AI takes over.

I never have issues with Hangouts. I think Zoom is a slightly better experience, but just making a Calendar invite in Google Calendar, and it automatically having the Hangout meeting is pretty nice. [Edit] Google Meet
