I am curious, how many people were admitted to the golden visa program in the last 10 years? Does it really have a big impact?

Something is off there, I grew up cooking on gas, and previous place I had a nice Bosch 6 burner. The electric one we have is better and I prefer it. It is fast and never had issues like that.

That might be a bit of propaganda from the gas industry over the last 50 years. I heard similar but when i dug into it appeared to be bunk… i cook on electric now and love it.

That is very weird, I've spent a few months in France almost every year for the last 8 years and never had one bad experience. My wife speaks beginner French and not had any issues either. I know enough to order, please, thank you, nic

Ya agreed, I would think taxing gig work to compensate for those things is a better solution. IE, you pay 7 euros an hour, on the backend you pay the government 7 euros to cover health care, pension, etc. This seems like a tracking problem

Gotcha, so what is preventing these companies from forcing the uber/delieroo drivers to be freelance solo classification? IE, where are the teeth? The problem with saying "like x" is it requires court cases and means enforcem

What is the difference between a gig worker versus a freelancer? Is this going to hurt your ability to be freelance? I would love to understand this better in the proposal as it wasn't clear to me how they define this difference.

I enjoyed Children of Time, but I also was frustrated as the characters are a bit flat, they don't have any type of arc or change or learn in any way. The main character was interesting but the rest just kinda there. I loved the world

Ya this is publishers :( I am working to fix this and have AI clean it up. Goodreads relies on an army of unpaid labor :), GoodReads librarians fix a lot of that type of stuff.

Thanks :) Right now, I have two formats: The first is a 5 book list where an author/expert recommends 5 books around a theme, topic, or mood. I've got 10,000 of those on the website that I have done with authors over the last 2.5

Ya I didn't test that at the time (more book meta data), that I will look at. I also might be pulling the wrong ONIX data and need to up my license and take on the full HUGE database of books rather than the API I am using.

Ya, I tested it in the first year and it was worse than publisher data by a wide margin. I will take another look soon to see if it improved. And maybe I can use their data to augment publisher data and improve the overall quality.
