Check out pushover https://pushover.net . Slack API is also an option. Both support simple http APIs to trigger push notifications to iOS as well as other platforms. Both options worked great for me when I needed them.

While not nearly as discoverable or convenient there is some google UI built around a few of these. 1. Click the "Tools" link just under the search button and you get options for restricting your search to a specific time range
