You’d be surprised to know how many people don’t even have backups. It’s just poor policy tbh to stick to one computer, or more precisely have one computer and not have a way to setup a new one in under a day. If the business is so importan

Get a heat gun and remove the NAND. Then sell the rest of it to a local repair store or just give them for free if it's an old Mac Pro. The parts in your Mac Pro are something someone can reuse to restore their Mac Pro instead of a lan

Exactly. if I was an airline whos entire business depends on aircrafts then in order to satisfy my demands I cant just wait 10 years before something is available. Maybe instead of 50/50 it's become 65/35 now but that 35 is s

Interesting actually and not a pricing model thats doomed. Assume for 22Rs an hour (USD to INR roughly) you could go like 7-8kms within the city. If someone was to instead lease out the entire vehicle for the day (or 2 people for half day e

I am sorry but this is a terrible write up. Because the gist of it all is 'do what you are good at and help people' but giving examples of billion dollar companies in 90% of the write up shows - but also look at these billionaires

Thanks. The 7950X doesnt have a non X variant. So it seems the non X variant chips are basically doing the same - giving you lower clocks for lower wattage with an option to tinker at your own risk for pushing the chip as those are not as g

I said 'find so many iPhones' I didn't say they were leading. Apple sells millions of units in India and with a 5% market share in a country where average annual household income is about 5 iPhones you must realise that this

I always assumed cable modems run linux (but its not clear from this post if it actually does run linux on its main cpu). Most, if not all, PON equipment now runs linux but modems were a different type of thing back then. DOCSIS modems were

What I would rather like to see is the chassis itself act like a solar panel. Of course safety is a concern as it will add weight and possibility of being brittle but they did that with solar panels, I can’t see why it’s not possible with t
