My experience so far moving from angular 1 to vuejs. I was coming from using gulp to build angular 1 projects. I understand gulp. Might be a bit verbose, but I get it. Vue seems more tailored toward webpack as a module loader/build too

Bootstrap has much better form layout/controls/components that makes it superior to foundation for app development. At least it did when I was looking for something to recommend to the team 4-5 years ago.
