So the person who lives on a several acre lot with a 4000 sq ft house, running their own business is asleep and the person in a 600 sq ft loft crammed in a city block with thousands of others is wide awake? The world sure is upside down.

Still have this linked. Thought it'd be a fun way to learn Racket. One of those things I'll get to when I have time, which almost never happens. Always something more directly applicable to learn.

So if I'm making a rice dessert dish for a party, that's typically served cold anyway, I should make no attempt to make it healthier? Instead I should tell everyone not to eat (much of) it? If there's no change in flavor or t

I just shell out for the thinkpad. Have a new carbon x1 on the way and I can't wait to get my hands on it. Yes it is twice the cost, but there are things to cheap out on and the things you use every day shouldn't be one of them.

Do you have a list of supported EMRs and how does the API communicate with the EMR? Is this a sort of translation from HL7 to web services API? Edit: I found the list of EHR software on the site. In my experience working with a variety of t

I have a ThinkPad X1 Carbon on the way. Ordered it last week with upgraded screen (without touch)/processor/ram. It'll be more pricey than the xps 13. I've heard everything just works for Ubuntu on the machine. I was pla

Been trying to do this with ubuntu on a desktop, but couldn't get a juniper VPN with remote desktop working. I couldn't get the cert installed to log in through the web interface. I'll give it another shot.
