Webkit is open source. It's a big difference. I agree I'd like to see Opera gain more market share as well.

Mozilla often says 'wait until the next version, the next version will fix all this.' A few versions later and the problems are still many and I doubt that this legacy will change.

The more people use webkit based browsers and less of the others the better the world will be. I feel for the guys at Mozilla but I can not recommend Firefox to anyone, at least not on Macs. It is the slowest application I run. Application

FUD. "Share a youtube video. go to jail." That didn't happen, the individual in question embedded copyrighted videos. He didn't just share links and he didn't just embed YouTube videos. On top of that nobody that has written about it seem

Interesting on the switch from the Windows/MS stack. Is there not a decent No SQL option for a windows stack?

Ultimately everyone who wants a tablet will have to make a private decision of what they want for themselves. I have both an iPad (well I got it for my three year old daughter) and a Galaxy Tab and I have to say I love them both and they bo

You can't resize them easily with JavaScript, you can't move them, you can't hide them and then show them again. You can maybe change the contents and add or remove a class, but because there's so little you can do to tablecells, good luck

Well I meant to downvote and accidentally upvoted but anyway if you're using a table then you are probably not expecting to do anything dynamic via JavaScript on it since it's not a collection of block elements, but table-cells. There's a l

I think maybe you should resort to an approach other than one can be basically summed up as "upgrade and/or shut up." I love node.js and by extension Joyent so please don't take this the wrong way. Also I think I have learned from this thre

Is this only in the Developer channel or also the Beta? Also updates on the network view is great, I generally fallback to Firebug for those and wish I didn't have to. Edit I see it in beta, nice. Still would like a json viewer though.

Is the height supposed to mean anything? Why did they start with Safari? It's the first modern web browser? It points to a page that says IE9 is not a modern browser yet shows IE7 and IE8.
