I'm going to second musicbee. It's really fast and the UI is very clean. I don't doubt that foobar can be customized to one's grandest desires - it's just that musicbee works well out of the box.

I believe Ludwig just means that "Doom" shouldn't have such widespread protection. The fact that Id went after “Maryland Doom Fest” and a podcast titled “Garden of Doom.” seems a bit absurd to me.

That would not be a good way to arrive at an accurate estimate. Would you not need dozens of trillions of photos to begin with in order to get an accurate estimate when the occurrence rate is so small?

I don't believe these terms are interchangeable, especially when this writeup is in response to Chia. Is it possible SSD or RAM have a similar bottleneck like read/write heads? Yes, but I don't know the answer.
