It seems to me that there are two distinct types of cards being banned here: cards that actually have real-world racist connatations (Invoke Prejudice, Jihad, Stone-Throwing devils, Pradesh Gypsies), and cards that have unfortunate wording

PyCharm (and all JetBrains IDEs) have the IdeaVim plugin available. It does an excellent job implementing all basic vim functionality, and only stumbles on the more obscure stuff that a small percentage of vim users are likely to miss.

What would be the diplomatic consequences of this? I'm assuming China would be very unhappy with any country making this offer to Hong Kongers, but perhaps I'm wrong and they'd prefer for dissidents to leave.

This is the right answer! I think it was made harder in the camp due to "above the line" and "below the line" already having semantic meaning in the context of the camp, most kids didn't expect that to literally be

I taught at a programming camp one summer, and my favourite example of this that I drove several kids crazy with was "above the line, below the line". Given any input word, I would tell them whether it was above the line, or below

Fascinating to learn that the entire concept of dotfiles in Unix was an accidental result of a lazy implementation of hiding the . and .. files in the output of ls. https://web.archive.org/web/20180827160401/plus.g

A good compromise to me seems to be using `imv` from the renameutils package which is pretty much exactly the same as the OP. That way you don't get confused by different `mv` behaviour on different systems. Hitting `<Ctrl-a>i` s

I mean there must be something, because otherwise taking down AWS would be as simple as the above. After 50 steps, you've created a quadrillion images.

I'm actually interested how AWS handles exponential cases like this. They must throttle it somehow, otherwise something dumb like this would be causing availability issues everyday.

Are you talking about the "Sample" button, or drawing the digits yourself? It seems to have a very good accuracy on the samples, but gets a lot of my hand-drawn digits wrong. Seems like a classic case of overfitting to be honest.

Ubuntu is just a collection of software. The most important piece of software in that collection is the Linux kernel. That kernel is what is shared between different containers. You can have 5 copies of Ubuntu (or Debian, or Mint) in separa
