that's true, but during & after their layoffs a couple years back they imposed a 'not mandatory but strongly encouraged' 20% overtime.

Isn't there two events here: the actual supernova and our observation of the supernova. So the actual supernova event could have occurred but our observation is when it crosses our 'lightcone'?

Jesus..I thought that title sounded familiar. I bought this book off Amazon for like $3 a few months back but couldn't get past the first few pages because the .mobi version is ridiculously horrible. Thanks for the link!

I guess it depends on your goals. For weight loss benefits I think you're right. But coffee does contain caffeine which has to be metabolized so it apparently interferes with other health benefits of IF, eg autophagy.
