I've always liked Sinatra(though I mostly use its Python equivalent, Flask, these days). It's so simple and straight to the point.

Dropping the tablet specific UI in Android (it was in 4.1 or one of the other Jellybean releases, 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich had a good evolution of the Honeycomb UI) for the giant phone UI was where I started to sour on tablets in general.

I was all in on tablets when they first started out. I've had the original iPad, the Motorola Xoom, the HP Touchpad, and many more including convertibles like the Asus Transformer. I really wanted tablets to be the future and replace a

I tried to like Atom for a long time, but it was always just so sluggish. VSCode seems a lot faster and I keep finding my self going back and forth between it and vim.

I just replaced my nearly 6 year old Core i5 laptop with a newer Core i5 laptop. CPU performance was fine on the old one, and while the new one probably score better on benchmarks, it's not noticeably faster than some previous jumps(su

I had a job offer from a company with that kind of "Everything you create is ours" clause in the contract(along with a pretty broad non-compete). I think a bit part of it was a that it was a remote work position. When I pushed bac

Hopefully this means that Wayland is now the unified future for the Linux desktop. I don't think it would be too hard for Canonical to create some installed by default extensions and themes to make Unity users feel more at home in Gnom

I've been thinking about that as a C refresher. I haven't really worked in C in over a decade and that looks like a fun way to get back into it.

While I'm not "old" yet, I'm not as young as I used to be and I can feel my life time of poor diet is starting to catch up with me. So I've become very mindful of my diet very recently. I've switched to a mostl
