Kevin is an investor in Zapier and we've got to say he has been outstandingly awesome. Before committing he came over to our place and hung out with us (and didn't bat an eye when my dog Tuna tried to pull off his socks multiple times, how

Great tools! My goto reference is still the wonderful btilly presentation about how to A/B test properly, with nice examples and code snippets: http://elem.com/~btilly/effective-ab-testing/ He provided a full on javascript tool that isn't

Lots of really great support tips and quotes in here, support is one of those tricky things that can wear you down. Worse, when you screw up on a support interaction, it is especially disappointing to the user. Bugs can be fixed, relationsh

Great suggestions: 1) Some less popular endpoints have lower volume, so that would be a challenge to be sure of issues. However, we could probably aggregate the endpoints that are causing issues and attach them to the report. We'll look int

We've noticed that, it is very odd indeed. We're going to get that fixed ASAP, thanks for the report + screenshot.

We have one internally, we've talked about opening it to the public (we'd have to scrub data a little better as it is). Would there be interest in this?

We definitely support catching inbound email ( https://zapier.com/zapbook/email/ and https://zapier.com/zapbook/mailgun/ comes to mind). I'm curious if there is a clever parsing solution...

Interesting use case! Unfortunately we don't have that clever of a parser. We've definitely talked about it but aren't 100% sold on any sort of internal implementation. We've thought about a "reverse template" where you would mark blocks of

You guys have fixed every single frustration or oddity I experienced when playing with docker just a week or two ago: * localhost access. * re-attaching to terminal. * set your own port. Brilliant work guys!
