If you're starting, you can hire some head hunters to do the job. Then make mistakes by hiring bad people so can you learn what to watch out for when hiring talent in each positions. You can ask what their ultimate goal is in their fie

I would use it if it was free. And even if it was a payed service, It would be a 1 time thing so I don't see it as a good business model.

If I were to build the server myself I can setup my own ssh keys, ports.. etc on my linux machine. Whereas in AWS I find my self spending a whole day figuring out how to write aws roles for each resources, where to click to get somewhere...

I do sometimes. When it's a complex system that I'm building, I draw out some arrows and rough ideas of classes and functions.
