That's a mixed bag, as on one hand sure the number of dead goes down per 100, but then the number of folks infected goes up, thereby meaning the same number of dead possibly, or more people infected in hospitals.

On trailrouter how do you determine safety levels of roads? I had on one of my generated routes a 45mph road and then a few other times it had me cross I-95 (an 8 lane highway here). Overall very neat though. I'd been using mile meter
