Sorry, this isn't going to be much help but that kind of intuition only comes with experience. I can offer some insight, I think. 'at' denotes location or time, you could say 'I am at the hospital' and you mean that

I think he was pointing to a possible conflict of interest between the author and the message, being an ad hominem attack focuses strictly on the author, here there's more in the picture being evaluated.

I think you mean 'deflation' or 'appreciation' in your final comments. It is harmful, yes. No objections, just wanted to point out the confusion.

Just like all the other FAANG-ites do, six figure salaries. I'll admit it, I'd also toss my ethics to the side for that kind of money. Hell, I'd do it for half of that, some people out there would for less, even.

I have Netflix on my PS3 and when you pause you only get the noisy overlay after idling for 10 seconds or so. I press UP on the DPAD and it goes away, as UP does nothing if your focus is on the pause/play button. You can do it with SEL

Not as much as you'd think. Not all army work is frontline work. You could be a mechanic fixing Humvees, or a comms-operator being the receiver for a radio post. At least those are the posts I could fill, there's more for sure. I&

I think the comparison is not fair, due to economic, ethnic and historical factors that make Switzerland not a fair metric for any other country to measure up to. If we take just the language, we're comparing (French, Italian, German)
