Fair enough; I understand that point of view, and even had it myself, to some degree. But I also think that has little to do with MSFT. The same would be said if SF, or Amazon, or (insert any other large corp) would have bought them. I also

How so? As far as I can tell there’s no evidence of that? I mean, I get MSFT’s past, but for quite some time they’ve shown they support OSS and developers in general. I haven’t seen any change in GitHub and MSFT, in general, has become much

Sorry to hear that. Might be worth reporting to the plugin authors, as I don’t think it’s an inherent issue with vim. When editing the sql files I’m referring, it includes syntax highlighting, etc. so I would assume it should work just fine

Wasn’t that happening regardless of MSFT? GitHub has long been the OSS ‘superhighway’...

This surprises me. How does it make vim unresponsive? I frequently open multi-GB sql files without vim choking. Are you using some particular plugins?

This was my first thought. The ability to specifically control your post privacy and profile profile seems to imply there /is/ and expectation of privacy? IANAL but that just doesn’t make sense to me.

That sounds interesting. Do you have a link? I didn’t see anything relevant on google.

A quick google seems to show that’s fairly standard[0]: > A small Li-ion fire can be handled like any other combustible fire. For best result use a foam extinguisher, CO2, ABC dry chemical, powdered graphite, copper powder or soda (sodiu

Isn’t that his point? That MS is reliable while Big G isn’t?

Maybe so, but that’s quite different from “literally ended.”

Out of curiosity, is that a common label? The site isn’t great on mobile, so I’m unsure if that’s in the integration or just an example you gave.

I think it’s something most people _can_ do, but _don’t_ do simply because unplugging the cord from the bottom of your phone with one hand is rather awkward, especially with larger models.

You might want to try iTerm with gpu acceleration enabled. The only caveat is you lose some visual features, like transparency, but I found it well worth it.

I’d imagine from the pricing for the complete font, which is that price: http://s.rnbk.org/Photo-2019-01-21-14-10-2jezMYmKLZXqYskTrz6... Though, the price for the Mono-only (bottom of sidebar) does match what you said. So I

Not trying to be a pedant, but wouldn’t “[...]it’s far from clear[...]” be (more?) correct? If it’s ‘far from unclear’, it would seem to imply things are rather clear, IMHO.

What do you think is more effective: an ad saying my child will like this toy or my child asking me for that toy? I think it all boils down to that, basically.

I mean, sure, the precision matters for HFT but at the scale the point would be moot since the time is so minuscule. Unless you hyperscale it: “on 1,000,000 trades the 50ms difference becomes very pronounced and could cost us $z” or somethi
