Uber is 30% less than taxi's in SF. I think in NY it is also cheaper than taxi's. Your data might be a year behind, when it used to be more expensive.

WeWork Golden Gate in this neighbourhood is an amazing co-working building, with 6 floors they're building out and affordable prices. With everything you'd expect from coworking (beer on tap, fast wifi, big conference rooms, etc)

What a shame, I've been using Exec for ikea furniture and it was great. The cleaning service is incredibly expensive vs Homejoy which provide an incredible service.
