I think this is very exciting and I love that they're targeting the cheaper market and also emerging markets where Android, iOS and Blackberry tend to cost too much and Symbian is losing marketshare.

I can't say from personal experience having only met the team behind it and many founders but can refer you to a number of people that know a lot about it. I've heard it's on par and similar to the 500 startups accelerator in Mountain View

Perfectly, especially in this case as there are hundreds of CRM's available. In other cases I'd probably say the same, only that it's sometimes hard to be passionate about a clone. Make sure you're in it because you want to improve where so

The central guy comes across as a total psychopath. Twisting everything he says in a strange way. Almost saying the fact that he uses his name on Twitter makes him self-obsesed. I've just looked at my list of @replies and the last ten are a

I'm 18 and have learned a lot in the last year or so. I've spoken at length to investors and founders to get advice so understand your situation. I've been able to build a profitable startup with 100k+ users and am now working on my next th

Runkeeper doesn't require GPS you can manually enter thousands of workouts. Anyway, good luck to you. I guess it's up to the users to download it and prove your theorem!

The competition is too good in this case. RunKeeper actually tracks my runs, GymPact pays me, Fitbit uses Hardware and Fitocracy is highly incentivised by social. Not sure where this fits in.

I had to uninstall Flutter because it opened on install and I couldn't find a way to delete it. I don't have a problem with pausing Spotify because I have play, pause and skip keys on my Mac and I just hate having my webcam on, I know it's

Linkedin is focusing on content. They need to start building a voice, I think the voice and conversations on Linkedin will be very different to those that occur on Twitter or Facebook. There is a core audience that loves linkedin, my dad is

I just graduated from high school and am starting to work on my second company full time. The first is still profitable and being run by my co-founder. Also starting to look for a co-founder on this next project.

As a Mac user I hate this but I do think you should (on applications at least) use different models for each platform. Angry Birds monetizes differently on Android and iOS. This isn't a justification for Orbitz' behaviour though.

Yes, I find it very valuable to attach my email and Twitter to my HN profile, definitely worthwhile. Having a way to contact you is important and you can get a lot of great feedback on a community like Hacker News.

A hacker isn't something that is part of a criminal enterprise that breaches computer security, that would be a Cracker. I think 'hacking' can be used in other contexts and makes sense. I wouldn't say the meaning has changed as it was alway
