I wonder if there isn’t another solution here. It seems like the issue is due to large translations? Presumably your view frustrum is small enough that single precision floats are sufficient for the entire range, so couldn’t you just add su

There are also devices that do RF. I have a Broadlink RM4 Pro [0] - and whilst the vendor software sucks, there is a Home Assistant integration [1], or several libraries - I've used a Go one [2] though I did modify it a bit as I wasn&#

My experience is that these institutions were largely fine pre-COVID, certainly I never had any issue getting seen at Service Canada or contacting the CRA. Things have certainly gotten worse in the last 3 years, but it seems likely that the

I'm actually still running one of those old G8 Microservers, though I swapped the crappy Pentium for one of the Xeon parts. I've looked a few times and I still haven't found anything that would be a good replacement.

I don't get it for SFPs either, it seems easy enough to get SFP modules coded for whatever NIC or switch you have, so it seems like it doesn't even work.

It does look like some Intel 12th gen and later parts support ECC [0, 1] - but not all as I don't see it on the i3, Pentium or Celeron parts... That said you apparently require a W680 chipset motherboard [2], so that's still going

I've never had an outright bad experience reporting a security issue, but some companies definitely aren't geared up to handle reports. I found that an energy provider's API would give usage information for past addresses and

I was tempted by this but I've heard they'll shut down your service if they figure out you're outside the UK? I still have a UK number at the moment but if I could port to A&A without worrying about this I totally would.

I think all the BSDs got GPU acceleration by adding a compat layer around Linux's DRM subsystem. I'm sure someone could do that for SerenityOS if they were so motivated...

10G-BaseT is pretty complicated though, getting 10Gbps over copper takes some pretty involved signal processing. We’ve just moved it.

For some recent flights I did put an AirTag in my checked bag. Whilst I didn’t need it, it was reassuring to be able to see that the bag had made it to the destination whilst waiting at the carousel.

If you only need a couple 10G-BaseT ports you can get 10G SFP+ modules which in my experience work well enough. They do get quite hot, but I only needed 10G-BaseT for my desktop whilst everything else at 10G is DAC.
