I was wondering how long this would take. One of the things I've long known as a programmer for the web is that when you let a third party put content on your web site, you don't have control over what they do. Whether it's a

Can you elaborate? Does the tmux book need more info on copy/paste/clipboard? And what do you mean about handling dividers?

I tried this but experienced random crashes and stuff so I gave up. I plan to look at it when it's a little more along.

The OSX zoom has the option to follow the mouse and is what I use (and require) so I can track what I'm reading. It's not default, but it exists and works incredibly well even under heavy graphics use. Seeing something like that

OSX has an unbeatable ability to zoom the full screen without losing mouse focus. No other OS I've tried supports this. Windows Magnifier comes close but it doesn't let me set focus to follow the mouse and it's awkward. I use

Agree 100%. And I wrote a book on tmux. I would love something like i3 on my Mac. I can't give up OSX because I need its accessibility features because I'm low vision. But if you're on Linux and you're not using i3, gosh

I am not an iOS developer with much experience. I have taken one class and built two very simple apps. So I can't weigh in on how good of an idea this is from an iOS developer standpoint. But I can say from a beginner to iOS standpoint

I think that's part of it. I'm the kind of person you'd find frustrating at first. I don't want to know all the internals of what I'm doing before I dive in. I want a nice API and good docs, and I want to build some

I spend a lot of time worrying about this because I consult on accessibility issues, I an an accessibility advocate, and I am a low vision computer user. Provided that developers use the proper HTML tags and ARIA roles, there shouldn't

ConEmu is good - Cmder makes it a lot easier to set up as it has clink already configured. Still a few inconsistencies, but I've got a nice setup with Cmder, gow, and a few other shell tweaks.

Just a tip from a person who's interacted with cranky people for a long time.... When I get feedback, especially negative, I like to think about it before I respond. And I may take a month to respond. But I always immediately respond w

And I paid for this Mac. Apple doesn't care about my feedback. :) Just because you pay for something doesn't change the rules. New code has to be supported. And if it's a business, you have to pay people to support that new c

Yes. I agree. Cash would solve this. All the people making money on books about ES6 could kick in. All the folks making screencasts could kick in. All the companies making money on open-source could kick in. And volunteers? They should cycl
